Place of data processing and recipients
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Your data may be stored via Wix.com's data storage, databases, and general applications. Your data is stored by them on secure servers, protected by firewalls.

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards established by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Type of data processed

Further communications following a stay Following the purchase of a stay, Code Rooms may forward to the user further communications, including of a commercial nature, relating to its services. The legal basis of the processing described above is the legitimate interest of the data controller (cons. 47 GDPR).

Direct marketing In case of specific consent (by registering for the newsletter) Code Rooms will be able to send information on new products, promotions and special offers by email. The user has the right to disable the service at any time through the appropriate procedure and/or the methods indicated below for the exercise of his rights. The legal basis of the processing described above is the consent of the interested party. Specific summary information, if necessary, will be reported or displayed on the site pages set up for particular additional services on request.

Data retention period
The data retention period is that necessary for the purposes deriving from the services requested and for a further period of 36 months. If the requested information is the subject of an online transaction, such data may be retained for economic and tax reporting purposes for a period of 10 years. As regards the technical data managed by the site, such as cookies, the retention period is defined by the technical characteristics of the cookies themselves and specified in the "Site cookies" table.
