You can park your car in one of the parking lots just steps from Coderooms without the risk of a fine due to an activated ZTL (limited traffic zone), as the garage will communicate your vehicle's license plate to the City of Florence. Coderooms is located in the heart of Florence's historic center! This puts you just a few steps away from the city's main attractions! You cannot reach Coderooms by car unless you contact an authorized garage that will communicate your vehicle's license plate to the Municipality of Florence to avoid fines.

We at Coderooms have an agreement with Garage Bargello. Prices are as follows: Medium/Large cars (5 or more seats): €30/day SUVs, vans and luxury vans: €40/day Ask us for the discount code/voucher.

The modern keyless entry system allows you to manage check-in and check-out independently, without time constraints. Once you've completed the check-in form on our website, you'll receive instructions and codes to access your room independently.

Each room is equipped with linens: towels, sheets, blankets, and a courtesy kit. Housekeeping is daily, and towels are changed every 48 hours.

Each room is equipped with a hairdryer.

There is no possibility of using kettles in the room.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM to allow us to thoroughly clean your room. However, we often offer early check-in; please ask us for more information. While we prepare your room, you can leave your luggage in our luggage storage area located on the property.

Check-out is at 10:30 am. Don't worry, you can leave your bags in our luggage storage room on the premises so you can continue exploring the city.

Coderooms is equipped with a very high-speed internet connection. You'll be able to surf at full speed.

From the Santa Maria Novella train station, it's about a 10-minute walk. Cross Piazza Duomo, walk down Via del Proconsolo, and you'll reach Via Ghibellina, where you'll find number 105 in just a few steps.

To reach Coderooms once you get off the plane, the cheapest and most comfortable means of transport is by tram (T2) . The airport is in fact the terminus of the T2 line, which leads to the Santa Maria Novella station, practically in the city center.
