Where can I park the car?It is possible to park your car in one of the car parks a few steps from Coderooms without the risk of any fine with ZTL activated as the garage will communicate your vehicle's license plate to the Municipality of Florence. Is the elevator available?Elevator is available. We recommend using it only for transporting luggage to the floor if it is bulky and heavy. To activate the lift, use the key located in the special box in the room.

Is it possible to access before the check-in time?As soon as your room is ready we will contact you before check-in time! In the meantime, you can use the luggage storage located inside our facility to store your luggage.

Can I reach Coderooms by car?Coderooms is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence! This allows you to reach the main attractions of the city in just a few steps! It is not possible to reach Coderooms by car unless you refer to an authorized garage which will communicate your vehicle's license plate to the municipality of Florence to avoid fines.

How much does parking cost?Referring to the stay at Coderooms and indicating the agreement code 173 the prices are: Medium / large size cars (5 or more seats): €30 / day SUVs, vans and luxury vans: €40 / day

Check-in and check-out methodsThe modern keyless access system allows you to independently manage the check-in and check-out phase without time constraints. Once you have filled out the check-in form on our website you will receive instructions and codes to access your room.

Are the rooms equipped with linen?Each room is equipped with linen: towels, sheets, blankets and courtesy kit. The tidying up is daily while we provide a change of towels every 48 hours.

Is it possible to smoke in the room?Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and in the common areas.

What time is check in?Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 pm so as to allow us to carry out all the cleaning activities in the room. Very often, however, we have availability for an early check-in, try asking us for information on this. While we prepare your room you can leave your luggage in our luggage storage located in the structure.

How do I reach Coderooms from Santa Maria Novella station?It's about a 10-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. You cross Piazza Duomo, walk along Via del Proconsolo and arrive in Via Ghibellina where you will have to reach number 105 in a few steps.

How do I reach Coderooms from Florence-Peretola airport?To reach Coderooms once you get off the plane, by far the cheapest and most comfortable means of transport is the tram (T2). The airport is in fact the terminus of the T2 line, which leads to the Santa Maria Novella station, practically in the city centre. It's about a 10-minute walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station. You cross Piazza Duomo, walk along Via del Proconsolo and arrive in Via Ghibellina where you will have to reach number 105 in a few steps.
